Mouse Latent-transforming growth factor beta-binding protein 2 (Ltbp2) ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and recognises both natural and recombinant mouse LTBP2 with a reported sensitivity of 0.176 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL.

It is reactive with mouse samples, accepting serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Reported precision is an intra-assay CV of 6.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.8%. LTBP2 is a secreted extracellular-matrix protein implicated in elastic-fiber architectural organisation and in directing the activity of TGF-β.
