Mouse Late cornified envelope-like proline-rich protein 1 (Lelp1) ELISA Kit

A colourimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Late cornified envelope-like proline-rich protein 1 (Lelp1). The assay is intended for research use only, shows reactivity with mouse samples, and recognises both natural and recombinant Lelp1.

Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the kit delivers a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.5 pg/mL. Reported precision figures include an intra-CV of 6.1% and an inter-CV of 8.5%. Recovery has been tested in serum (average 101%, range 95-107%) and plasma (average 103%, range 97-109%).

Lelp1 belongs to the cornifin (SPRR) family, with UniProt accession Q9DAE3. The kit comprises an ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate solution, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage conditions ranging from -20°C to 4°C depending on the component.
