Mouse LAT ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of LAT (Linker for Activation of T Cells) in mouse samples. The kit is intended for mouse reactivity and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported linearity values (n = 5) are 87–103% (1:2), 85–105% (1:4) and 80–99% (1:8) for serum; 86–98%, 89–101% and 82–100% for EDTA plasma; and 82–98%, 86–101% and 85–96% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges from 90–102% (average 96%) in serum, 89–100% (average 94%) in EDTA plasma and 86–103% (average 95%) in heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

LAT is a key signalling molecule involved in T cell activation and immune response regulation, with dysregulation linked to autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders and cancer. The kit supports research in immunology, including studies of immune responses, inflammation and autoimmunity in mouse models.
