Mouse LAMP1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the precise measurement of LAMP1 (Lysosomal-associated membrane protein 1) in mouse samples. The double-antibody format uses colorimetric detection and is intended for research into lysosome function, autophagy and endocytosis, as well as the role of LAMP1 dysregulation in cancer, infectious diseases and neurological disorders.

The assay has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard curve range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Accepted specimens include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported linearity covers 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with recoveries spanning 86–105% depending on the matrix. Kit components are intended for storage at 2–8 °C (with selected items also suitable at −20 °C) and remain stable for 12 months.

The workflow proceeds through primary incubation at 37 °C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
