Mouse Laminin subunit beta-3 (Lamb3) ELISA Kit

The assay is intended for research use only and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for both natural and recombinant mouse Laminin subunit beta-3.

The kit reports a detection range of 78-5000pg/ml and a sensitivity of 39.19pg/mL. Precision is reported with an intra-assay CV of 7.4% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, while recovery is reported as 85-97% in serum and 87-99% in plasma.

Laminin subunit beta-3 contributes to the laminin-5 complex (also referred to as laminin-332, epiligrin, kalinin and nicein), supporting cell adhesion and migration through interactions with the extracellular matrix. The protein is secreted and localizes to the extracellular space, extracellular matrix and basement membrane (UniProt Q61087).
