Mouse Laminin subunit alpha-1 (Lama1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Laminin subunit alpha-1 (LAMA1) in biological samples. LAMA1 is a critical extracellular matrix glycoprotein that mediates cell adhesion, migration and tissue organization, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, muscular dystrophy and kidney diseases.

The colorimetric assay covers a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.393 ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 5.6% and an inter-assay CV of 8.4%. The kit is reactive with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and specifically detects both natural and recombinant mouse LAMA1.
