Quantify laminin concentrations in mouse-derived samples with this quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie, supplied as a complete set of calibrated reagents for in vitro research use. Laminin is a trimeric basement membrane glycoprotein that supports epithelial cell attachment, signaling, and tissue organization, and accurate measurement underpins studies of extracellular matrix remodeling, fibrosis, tumor microenvironment, and developmental biology.

The kit is configured around a pre-coated microplate in break-apart well strips, paired with lyophilized reference standards, a biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-enzyme conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. Mouse serum or plasma, or clarified tissue homogenate, is added to antibody-coated wells; following incubation and washing, the chromogenic substrate develops a measurable absorbance-based signal read on a standard plate reader at the wavelength specified in the protocol booklet. Resulting values are interpolated from the standard curve generated on each plate.

Researchers can use the included diluent to prepare a dilution series of mouse laminin standards covering the working range; quality-control recoveries are reported within the lot-specific certificate of analysis. Unopened kit components should be kept refrigerated until first use, and reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be aliquoted to minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The pack supports 96 individual determinations and is supplied as a single-use research kit intended for laboratory investigation only, not for clinical diagnostic procedures.
