Mouse Lamin-B1 (Lmnb1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables the quantitative measurement of Lamin B1 levels in mouse samples. Lamin B1 is a key protein involved in maintaining the structural integrity of the nucleus, regulating gene expression, and influencing cell proliferation, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, muscular dystrophy, and premature aging syndromes.

The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Lamin-B1, with a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.431ng/mL. Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with intra-assay CV of 7.3% and inter-assay CV of 8.8%.

Subcellular localisation is the nucleus inner membrane, with the protein functioning as a component of the nuclear lamina that provides a framework for the nuclear envelope and interacts with chromatin. Intended for research use only.
