Mouse Lactate Dehydrogenase A (LDHA) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA) in serum, plasma, and cell culture samples. The target protein is also referenced by synonyms including LDH-A, LDH-M, LDH1, PIG19, Cell proliferation-inducing gene 19 protein, LDH muscle subunit, and Renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-59. The kit is supplied for research use only, with a stated shelf life of 12 months.

The assay covers a working range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and the plate is read at 450 nm. Recovery was assessed by spiking matrices with recombinant analyte: serum (n=5) showed a recovery range of 80-102% with an average of 91%, EDTA plasma (n=5) showed 81-100% with an average of 90%, and heparin plasma (n=5) showed 80-89% with an average of 84%. Linearity was demonstrated by serial dilution of spiked samples, with serum (n=5) returning 82-96% at 1:2, 83-98% at 1:4, 81-99% at 1:8, and 93-101% at 1:16; EDTA plasma (n=5) returning 88-101%, 86-95%, 90-102%, and 80-93% across the same dilutions; and heparin plasma (n=5) returning 80-91%, 82-90%, 95-104%, and 79-95%.

Intra-assay precision was reported as CV <10%, based on three samples at low, middle and high levels tested 20 times on one plate. Inter-assay precision was reported as CV <12%, based on three samples tested on three different plates with eight replicates each. Stability testing showed a loss of activity of less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions.
