Mouse La-related protein 7 (Larp7) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of Mouse La-related protein 7 (LARP7), a nuclear nucleoplasmic protein that acts as a negative transcriptional regulator of RNA polymerase II genes through the 7SK RNP system, where it sequesters positive transcription elongation factor b (P-TEFb) in an inactive form. Intended for epigenetics research, the kit reacts with mouse samples and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, showing specificity for both natural and recombinant mouse La-related protein 7.
