Mouse Ksr1 ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise detection of Kinase Suppressor of Ras 1 (KSR1) in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format and a colorimetric detection method. The kit is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The assay is reported with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n = 5) at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8, with serum at 88–102%, 85–104% and 86–102%, EDTA plasma at 86–98%, 85–101% and 82–96%, and heparin plasma at 83–97%, 85–100% and 80–95%. Recovery ranges were 88–104% (average 92%) for serum, 92–104% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–98% (average 96%) for heparin plasma.

KSR1 is a critical protein involved in cell signalling pathways, notably the regulation of cell growth and differentiation, and its dysregulation has been linked to diseases including cancer and neurological disorders.
