Mouse Kruppel Like Factor 1, Erythroid (KLF1) ELISA Kit

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is built for measuring mouse Kruppel-Like Factor 1, Erythroid (KLF1), the transcription factor that serves as the master regulator of terminal erythroid differentiation. KLF1 controls the switch from fetal to adult globin expression and orchestrates heme biosynthesis, cell cycle exit, and enucleation during red blood cell development.

The kit supports murine hematopoiesis research, including anemia models, beta-thalassemia studies, and erythroid lineage commitment.
