Mouse Krueppel-like factor 5 (Klf5) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of mouse Krueppel-like factor 5 (Klf5) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Klf5 is a nuclear transcription factor that binds to GC box promoter elements and activates transcription of target genes, and is listed under the research area of cancer, where its dysregulation has been implicated. The target is also known by the synonyms Basic transcription element-binding protein 2, Intestinal-enriched krueppel-like factor, Transcription factor BTEB2, BTE-binding protein 2, Bteb2 and Iklf, and is reported to interact with WWP1.

The assay has a stated detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 7.6% and inter-assay CV of 9.5%. Linearity was determined in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, and recovery is reported at 88% (range 82-94%) for serum and 90% (range 84-96%) for plasma.
