Mouse Krueppel-like factor 14 (Klf14) ELISA Kit

KLF14 is a member of the Kruppel-like family of transcription factors, localized to the nucleus, with a molecular weight of 35,091 Da (UniProt Q19A41). The protein is induced by TGF-beta and functions within a transcriptional co-repressor complex also containing SIN3A and histone deacetylase 2, playing roles in cell differentiation, metabolism, and development.

The kit is shipped at +4°C and stored at -20°C, and includes a dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate solution, stop solution, and plate sealer. The workflow uses a microplate reader set to 450 nm for absorbance measurement.
