Mouse Krueppel-like factor 10 (Klf10) ELISA Kit

KLF10, also known as Transforming Growth Factor-Beta-Inducible Early Gene 1 (TIEG1), is a nuclear transcription factor implicated in cell proliferation, differentiation and inflammation, and is of interest as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target in cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disorders. The protein functions as a transcriptional repressor that binds the consensus sequence 5'-GGTGTG-3' and plays roles in cell cycle regulation, circadian clock regulation, and the hepatic expression of genes involved in lipogenesis, gluconeogenesis and glycolysis.
