Mouse Kinase suppressor of Ras 1 (Ksr1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of mouse Kinase suppressor of Ras 1 (Ksr1). The kit recognises natural and recombinant mouse KSR1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. KSR1 is a scaffolding component of the Ras/MAPK pathway that promotes phosphorylation of Raf family members and activation of MAPK1 and MAPK3; dysregulation of KSR1 has been implicated in cancer, neurodegenerative and inflammatory conditions, supporting its use as a biomarker in oncology research. Manufacturer-reported performance: detection range 0.312–20 ng/mL, sensitivity 0.192 ng/mL, intra-assay CV 8.4%, inter-assay CV 9.9%. Serum dilutional linearity spans 92–115% across 1:2–1:16 dilutions, and spike recovery averages 99% (range 93–105%) in serum and 101% (range 95–107%) in plasma. For research use only.
