Mouse Kielin/chordin-like protein (Kcp) ELISA Kit

The target is a secreted protein of 44.7 kDa, also referred to by synonyms including Cysteine-rich BMP regulator 2, CRIM-2, and KCP-1. It enhances bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) signaling in a paracrine manner and interacts with BMP7, while inhibiting both the activin-A and TGFB1-mediated signaling pathways.
