Targets KIBRA (gene symbol WWC1), an approximately 125 kDa scaffolding protein studied for its role in the Hippo signalling pathway, memory formation, and renal podocyte function. The capture antibody pair is specific to mouse WWC1, with no significant cross-reactivity reported against the rat homolog in validation studies. Each Assay Genie kit includes a microplate precoated with anti-mouse KIBRA antibody, lyophilised standard, biotinylated detection reagent, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate, with a recommended 100 µL sample loading volume per well.
