Mouse Keratinocyte growth factor (Fgf7) ELISA Kit

It plays an important role in embryonic development, cell proliferation and cell differentiation, and is required for normal branching morphogenesis [S1]. Dysregulation of FGF7 has been implicated in skin disorders such as psoriasis and wound healing disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions [S1].

Reported performance includes a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 15.64pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 7.4% and an inter-assay CV of 9.6% [S1]. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Fibroblast growth factor 7 [S1].
