Mouse Keratin, type II cytoskeletal 2 epidermal (Krt2) ELISA Kit

The kit measures natural and recombinant mouse Krt2 with a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.086 ng/mL. It is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

The target protein is associated with terminal cornification, keratinocyte activation, proliferation, and keratinization, and forms a heterotetramer with KRT10 as part of the intermediate filament network.
