Mouse Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 19 (Krt19) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 19 (KRT19) in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay from Assay Genie is reactive with mouse samples and shows specificity for natural and recombinant KRT19. The colorimetric readout is measured at 450 nm using a standard microplate reader.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 8.02pg/mL. KRT19 is a type I cytoskeletal keratin involved in maintaining the structural integrity of epithelial cells, with abnormal expression implicated in conditions such as cancer and liver disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for related research.
