Mouse Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 17 (Krt17) ELISA Kit

Krt17, also referred to as Cytokeratin-17, Keratin-17, CK-17, K17, or Krt1-17, is a cytoplasmic type I keratin with a molecular weight of 48 kDa (UniProt Q9QWL7). The target protein contributes to the formation and maintenance of skin appendages, supports normal hair follicle growth, modulates TNF-alpha function in hair cycling, and has been implicated in skin disorders, basaloid skin tumors, and psoriasis.
