Mouse Kelch repeat and BTB domain-containing protein 13 (Kbtbd13) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Kelch repeat and BTB domain-containing protein 13 (KBTBD13), this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay shows reactivity with mouse samples and specificity for natural and recombinant mouse KBTBD13.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.085ng/mL, a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.2% and an inter-assay CV of 7.1%. Linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in serum (105-115%, 109-119%, 102-112%, 101-110%), EDTA plasma (82-94%, 99-112%, 108-118%, 98-108%) and heparin plasma (90-100%, 102-112%, 98-108%, 88-97%). Recovery in serum averages 88% (range 82-94%) and in plasma 90% (range 84-96%).

KBTBD13 is a substrate-specific adapter of a BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, localised to the cytoplasm with a reported molecular weight of 49,769 Da. Defects in KBTBD13 are associated with nemaline myopathy type 6 (NEM6). The kit is for research use only.
