Mouse Kallikrein-8 (Klk8) ELISA Kit

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.625-40ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.329ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 7.6% and inter-assay CV is 9.5%. Linearity was validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Average recovery is 90% (range 84-96%) for serum and 92% (range 86-98%) for plasma.
