Mouse Kallikrein-7 (Klk7) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Kallikrein-7 (KLK7), offered by Assay Genie. The assay is reactive against mouse samples and recognises both natural and recombinant mouse Kallikrein-7, a secreted serine protease also known as Serine protease 6, Stratum corneum chymotryptic enzyme, Thymopsin, Prss6, and Scce (UniProt Q91VE3, NCBI Gene ID 23993, reported molecular weight 51.4 kDa).

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is given as 6.2% CV and inter-assay precision as 8.7% CV. Spiked recovery in serum averages 104% (range 98–110%) and in plasma averages 106% (range 100–112%). Linearity across serial dilutions in serum spans 97–107%, 94–104%, 91–101%, and 111–120% at the tested dilutions, with corresponding data provided for EDTA and heparin plasma in the kit documentation.

The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, and is labelled for research use only.
