Mouse ITGB2 (Integrin beta-2) ELISA Kit (MOFI01430)

Integrin beta-2 (ITGB2), also designated CD18, is the common beta subunit of the beta-2 integrin family (LFA-1, Mac-1, p150,95) and is essential for leukocyte adhesion, migration, and immune cell signaling. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse ITGB2 in mouse-derived samples via a microplate-based immunoassay with colorimetric readout.

Researchers studying inflammation, autoimmune disease, leukocyte adhesion deficiency (LAD), neutrophil chemotaxis, or vascular biology can use this assay to monitor ITGB2 levels in experimental mouse models.
