Mouse IRF5 ELISA Kit

Reported linearity values across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions fall within 88-103% for serum, 81-100% for EDTA plasma, and 81-104% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are reported as 85-103% for serum (average 90%), 90-105% for EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 90-104% for heparin plasma (average 97%). The kit is supplied with a dismountable pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, dilution buffers, wash buffer, stop solution, plate sealer, and technical manual.
