Mouse Irak1 ELISA Kit (MOEB1484)

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie provides quantitative detection of mouse Interleukin-1 Receptor-Associated Kinase 1 (IRAK1). The assay is reactive with mouse samples and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Detection is performed by a colorimetric method.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 78–5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 40 pg/mL. Intra-assay precision is 6.1% CV with inter-assay precision of 8.5% CV. Dilutional linearity is reported across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for serum (82–116%), EDTA plasma (81–119%), and heparin plasma (82–110%). Spike recovery averages 97% for serum (range 91–103%) and 99% for plasma (range 93–105%). The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse IRAK1.

IRAK1 is a serine/threonine-protein kinase central to initiating innate immune responses. It is rapidly recruited by MYD88 to the receptor-signalling complex upon Toll-like receptor activation and is involved in Toll-like receptor and IL-1R signalling pathways, leading to NF-kappa-B nuclear translocation and activation.
