The Mouse IP-10/CXCL10 CLIA Kit from Assay Genie uses chemiluminescence immunoassay technology to quantitatively measure interferon gamma-induced protein 10 kDa in mouse serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. CXCL10 is a CXC chemokine secreted by monocytes, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts in response to IFN-gamma, and it plays a central role in leukocyte trafficking, Th1 inflammatory signaling, and antiviral immune responses. The assay is supplied in a 96-well microplate format with reagents sufficient for 96 determinations, and the standard curve typically spans roughly 15-2000 pg/mL for sensitive detection of low-abundance cytokine levels. Unopened kits should be stored at 2-8 °C, while the reconstituted standard should be kept frozen at -20 °C or below to maintain stability across repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Researchers commonly apply this CLIA kit to investigate inflammatory disease models, viral and bacterial infection studies, autoimmune pathogenesis, tumor microenvironment profiling, and biomarker discovery in preclinical mouse samples. The chemiluminescent readout provides a broader dynamic range and improved sensitivity compared with conventional colorimetric ELISA, supporting accurate quantification in small-volume or low-concentration specimens. Intended for research use only and not validated for diagnostic procedures.
