Mouse Interleukin 6 (IL-6) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie kit uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate, providing a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity below 10 pg/mL. The protocol requires 100 µL of sample per well and is validated for tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatant, with reliable performance on serum-type and plasma-type specimens.

Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be stored at -20 °C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while unused strips are kept refrigerated at 4 °C in the sealed pouch with desiccant.
