This Mouse Interleukin 31 (IL-31) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures IL-31, a pruritogenic cytokine produced primarily by Th2 cells that is widely studied in atopic dermatitis and itch-related research. The assay accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants.
