The assay covers a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity under 9.375 pg/mL and requires only 50 uL of sample per well, making it practical for scarce mouse specimens such as bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and small-volume plasma draws. For research use only, the kit is routinely applied in Th2-skewing studies, allergic asthma models, and investigations of IL-17 family cross-talk. Unopened components are stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C; once reconstituted, standards and detection antibody should be aliquoted and frozen to preserve activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
