Mouse Interleukin 23 (IL-23) ELISA Kit

The Mouse Interleukin 23 (IL-23) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantifies IL-23, a p19/p40 heterodimeric cytokine that drives Th17 cell expansion and sustains chronic inflammation in models of psoriasis, colitis, and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. The plate arrives pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to mouse IL-23, paired with a biotinylated detection reagent and streptavidin-HRP for chromogenic readout.

Quantitative performance has been validated against recombinant standards, with a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL and analytical sensitivity below 5 pg/mL. Each reaction uses a 50 µL sample volume with a 100 µL standard addition step. Reconstituted standard and detection antibody vials are stored at -20°C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while the unopened microplate ships refrigerated and remains stable at 2-8°C across the kit's 12-month shelf life.

Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, the kit is supplied with reagents for one 96-well plate, including a sealed foil pouch with desiccant, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution.
