Mouse Interferon regulatory factor 1 (Irf1) ELISA Kit

IRF1 is a transcriptional regulator with a notable functional diversity in the control of cellular responses, including the regulation of IFN and IFN-inducible genes, host response to viral and bacterial infections, hematopoiesis, inflammation, immune responses, and cell proliferation and differentiation. It has been implicated in cancer, autoimmune disorders and viral infections, and acts as a tumor suppressor that can both antagonise tumor cell growth and stimulate an immune response against tumor cells. The kit provides a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 15.7pg/mL, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse IRF1 (UniProt P15314).
