Mouse Interferon Inducible T-Cell Alpha Chemoattractant (ITaC) ELISA Kit

This ELISA from Assay Genie quantitatively measures mouse I-TAC, also known as CXCL11, an interferon-inducible chemokine that drives CXCR3-mediated T-cell migration during inflammatory and antiviral responses. Diluted samples are incubated alongside a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate, with TMB used to develop the chromogenic signal before stop solution is added. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw loss, while unused strip wells stay refrigerated between runs. The reagents ship in a kit box and are intended for in vitro research into cytokine networks, infection models, and autoimmune disease in mouse systems.
