Mouse Interferon-induced transmembrane protein 10 (Ifitm10) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse Interferon-induced transmembrane protein 10 (Ifitm10), also known as Dispanin subfamily A member 3 (DSPA3), in serum, plasma, saliva, urine, cell culture supernatant, tissue samples and other related biological fluids. The assay employs a quantitative sandwich ELISA technique with highly specific antibodies pre-coated on a microtiter plate. Samples and standards are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. After substrate addition, the enzymatic reaction is terminated and the optical density is measured at 450 nm; the resulting OD is proportional to the concentration of mouse Ifitm10.

Key performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 15.67 pg/mL. The assay demonstrates an Intra-Assay CV of 8.3% and an Inter-Assay CV of 10.1%. Spike-and-recovery testing showed an average recovery of 83% (range 80-89%) in serum and 85% (range 80-91%) in plasma, while linearity was confirmed across dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. The kit detects both natural and recombinant mouse Ifitm10 and is intended for research use only.
