Description
This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Interferon gamma receptor 1 (IFNGR1), a single-pass type I membrane protein that localizes to the cell membrane. The receptor associates with IFNGR2 to bind interferon gamma, with ligand binding stimulating activation of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway.
The assay has a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse IFNGR1.
