Mouse Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa (IP10) ELISA Kit

The Mouse IP-10 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built around CXCL10, also known as Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa, a ~10 kDa secreted chemokine that signals through CXCR3 and drives recruitment of activated T cells, NK cells, and monocytes to inflamed tissue. Measuring CXCL10 in mouse specimens is a standard biomarker in research on viral infection models (including LCMV and influenza), autoimmune neuroinflammation such as EAE, type 1 diabetes, transplant rejection, and tumor immunology, where IP-10 levels reflect IFN-γ pathway activation.

The protocol uses a small sample volume of 50 µL per well on a pre-coated microplate, with absorbance read after the substrate step. Reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival; reconstituted standards and detection antibody benefit from being aliquoted and stored at -20°C to minimize degradation over repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
