Mouse Interferon beta/IFN beta ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Interferon beta (IFN-β), this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection via TMB substrate, read at 450 nm. It is intended for research in immunology, including studies of the immune response to viral infection, inflammation, and antiviral defence in mouse models.

The kit accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL with a measuring range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL (1 pg = 1200 mIU). Storage is 2–8 °C for 12 months. Linearity (n = 5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 87–98%, 85–101% and 82–98% for serum; 89–101%, 82–96% and 81–98% for EDTA plasma; and 87–99%, 86–100% and 81–97% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges with average were 89–104% (98%) for serum, 89–97% (94%) for EDTA plasma, and 87–100% (96%) for heparin plasma.
