Mouse Interferon alpha/beta receptor 1 (Ifnar1) ELISA Kit

Interferon alpha/beta receptor 1 functions as a component of the receptor for type I interferons and generally operates as a heterodimer with IFNAR2. Type I interferon binding activates the JAK-STAT signaling cascade and triggers tyrosine phosphorylation of JAKs, TYK2, STAT proteins and the interferon receptor subunits. The receptor also contributes to the modulation of the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide.
