Mouse Intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (Icam1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate detection of mouse Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1 (ICAM-1) levels in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. ICAM-1 is a key cell adhesion molecule involved in immune response and inflammation, and elevated levels have been linked to inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders and cardiovascular conditions, making it an important biomarker for studying these disease states and potential therapeutic interventions.

The assay has a detection range of 62.5-4000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 31.26pg/mL. Reported intra-assay CV is 7.6% and inter-assay CV is 9.7%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, and recovery averages 91% for serum (range 85-97%) and 93% for plasma (range 87-99%). The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse ICAM-1, also known by the synonyms MALA-2, MyD10, CD54, ICAM-1 and Icam-1.
