Mouse Integrin Alpha M (ITGaM) ELISA Kit

Mouse Integrin Alpha M (ITGaM), widely referenced as CD11b or Mac-1, forms the alpha chain of complement receptor 3 (CR3) and is abundantly expressed on macrophages, monocytes, neutrophils, and NK cells. It governs leukocyte adhesion to ICAM-1, complement opsonin recognition, and phagocytic clearance, making it a central marker in studies of innate immunity, inflammation, and myeloid cell trafficking.

The Assay Genie Mouse ITGaM ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of mouse integrin alpha M in mouse serum and a broad panel of sample matrices, including plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, read colorimetrically on a microplate. The assay is calibrated against mouse-specific recombinant ITGaM and shows no measurable cross-reactivity with human ITGAM.
