Mouse Integrin alpha-4 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Itga4 (Integrin alpha-4) concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The colorimetric, sandwich-format immunoassay targets integrin alpha-4, a cell adhesion molecule implicated in cell migration, immune response, and inflammation, supporting research into immune disorders, inflammatory diseases, and cancer. Recognised aliases of the target include CD49d, VLA-4, IA4, LPAM subunit alpha and Integrin alpha-IV (UniProt Q00651; NCBI Gene ID: 16401).

Quoted sensitivity is 46.875 pg/ml with a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/ml. Spike-and-recovery performance averaged 95% (range 92–102%) in serum, 91% (88–94%) in EDTA plasma and 95% (89–101%) in UFH plasma. Dilutional linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 serial dilutions was 86–100% / 87–99% / 88–105% for serum, 83–89% / 84–101% / 82–94% for EDTA plasma, and 83–100% / 81–99% / 82–91% for UFH plasma. Precision is stated as intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%.
