Mouse Insulin receptor (Insr) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of mouse insulin receptor (synonyms CD220, IR; UniProt P15208) in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse insulin receptor and is supplied for research use only.

Reported performance figures include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.158 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is listed at 4.2% and inter-assay precision at 7.4%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with reported values largely spanning 83–120% depending on sample type and dilution. Mean recovery is given at 95% (range 89–101%) for serum and 97% (range 91–103%) for plasma.
