Mouse Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 2 (Igfbp2) ELISA Kit

Linearity has been evaluated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery in serum averages 80% (range 80–86%) and in plasma averages 82% (range 80–88%). The kit detects both natural and recombinant mouse IGFBP2, which is known to inhibit IGF-mediated growth and developmental rates and binds IGF2 more than IGF1.
