Mouse Insulin-like 3 (Insl3) ELISA Kit

INSL3, also known as Leydig insulin-like peptide, Relaxin-like factor, Ley-I-L or RLF, is a secreted heterodimer composed of a B chain and an A chain linked by two disulfide bonds, with a molecular weight of 13,586 Da. It seems to play a role in testicular function, may act as a trophic hormone involved in testicular descent during fetal life, and is a ligand for the LGR8 receptor. The kit is intended for signal transduction research and is for research use only.
