Insulysin, also known as Insulin Degrading Enzyme (IDE), is a zinc metalloendopeptidase that cleaves insulin, glucagon, and amyloid-beta peptide. This quantitative ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables measurement of mouse IDE concentrations in research samples, supporting studies of type 2 diabetes, amyloid processing, and neurodegeneration research. The 96-assay microplate format provides reagents sufficient for a full plate run, including pre-coated wells, calibrated standards, and detection antibody. Reconstituted reagents should be refrigerated, and the kit is intended for research use only.
