Mouse Inosine Triphosphatase (ITPA) ELISA Kit

Quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables measurement of inosine triphosphatase (ITPA) protein in mouse samples, supporting research into nucleotide metabolism, purine salvage pathways, and the cellular mechanisms that maintain nucleotide pool fidelity. ITPA encodes a pyrophosphatase that hydrolyzes inosine triphosphate (ITP) and deoxyinosine triphosphate (dITP) to their monophosphate forms, a sanitization function critical for preventing incorporation of mutagenic bases into RNA and DNA.

Validated for tissue homogenates and cell lysates, the assay accommodates biofluid specimens from cultured murine cell lines, primary tissue extracts, and preclinical mouse models. Absorbance-based quantification follows standard incubation and wash steps, with results read on a conventional microplate reader. Each kit is supplied in a 96 assays format with all buffers, plates, and detection reagents required to perform the run.
