The Mouse Inhibin-B PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay developed for quantitative measurement of inhibin-B in mouse plasma, serum, and cell culture supernatant samples, using antibodies raised against mouse inhibin-B with negligible cross-reactivity to mouse inhibin-A, activin-A, or activin-B. Inhibin-B is a gonadal glycoprotein heterodimer secreted by Sertoli cells in the testis and by granulosa cells in the ovary, making it a useful biomarker in reproductive biology, gonadal development, fertility, and toxicology research.

Provided as a complete kit with a microplate, pre-coated wells, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, substrate, and assay buffer, the assay supports standard curve-based quantitation across pg/mL concentrations.
