Mouse Inhibin B ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this kit is configured for the quantitative measurement of Inhibin B in mouse samples using a Competitive ELISA format with an antigen-coated microplate. Detection is colorimetric, with TMB substrate converted by HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), terminated by a sulphuric acid stop solution, and read spectrophotometrically at 450 nm to calculate concentration against the supplied standard curve.

The assay accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a stated sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. The reagent pair is specific to mouse Inhibin B and recognises epitopes shared with related subunits, including INHBA and INHBB (Uniprot Q04999 and Q04998).

Unopened components are stored at 2-8°C in sealed packaging and should not be cryopreserved. The workflow involves adding 50 µL of standard or sample together with 50 µL of biotin-labelled antibody per well, incubating at 37°C for 45 minutes, washing, adding SABC and TMB substrate with a final 10-20 minute dark incubation at 37°C, and reading absorbance after stop solution is added.
